I am an electronic engineer and an unabashed nerd. I love figuring out how things work, and on occasion I get off the internet and make stuff.

I have a PhD in semiconductor physics (building atomic-scale transistors) and a bachelor of mechatronic engineering (robots are awesome).

About this website

This site contains content others might post on Tumblr, Google+, or similar social networks; I just felt like building something of my own. On any given day it might be broken, usually because I like to mess with things I shouldn’t touch. And yes, I write in Australian English. Deal with it. A few extraneous U’s never hurt anyoune.

I have tried and hated several CMSs, and occasionally I’ll try new ones. I’m currently using the static HTML generator hyde, customised to write posts in markdown.
